Why North Coast? North coast is considered to be one of the largest touristic destinations in the world, as it contains the pure marvelous nature combined with its beautiful colors. This can be clear through the statistics which show the increase in its vacationers and visitors year after year.
Thanks to the academic and practical experiences that appeared in our different studies and research which were done to select our project’s locations strategically according to their places, weather and design that suit all the clients’ needs and desires. As a result of that were the locations of “Marselia Beach 2, Marselia beach 3 & Marselia land” whose designs carefully considered the members’ privacy, and to give the chance to all north coast visitors to enjoy the offered entertainment services and the commercial malls without disturbing the members’ privacy. The thing which achieves the best investment for all our projects’ clients whether they were residents or investors in the commercial units.
